You can choose to pick up your vehicle at the designated start point or meet with our Adventure Consultants at one of 52 listed hotels. The exact pickup time is confirmed after booking, and the handover process takes about 30-60 minutes.
Can I cancel my booking?
All sales are final. Cancellations are not refundable, and the booking is confirmed immediately after checkout. Note that the rental may be canceled in case of bad weather conditions.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Renters should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness, and the rental is suitable for travelers of all ages up to 120 years old.
